Actually, no. The worst pain I've ever felt is probably a tie.
There's that time the dentist began to drill into my tooth without enough anesthetic having been applied, and then there's the time another kid smashed a metal teeter-totter vertically into my jaw and I couldn't eat solid food for two weeks.
I had one last week while laying in bed and it was ****ing insane. Like I decided to stretch my calf, as I did it felt really weird, then suddenly this massive surge of pain shot right up my calf it lasted about 30 seconds and I just remember almost screaming. It was absolutely horrible.
One of them, I still remember headaches and toothpain that were truly infernal! Such as that "dentist in training" that pulled out my tooth, with barely any anesthesia in the needle she injected me with... What the fvck?!

A little tips for all members and non-members suffering from cramps: when you feel the pain rising in your leg or foot, you have to take your body part with your hand and fold it the other way (it generally happens when you're in the process of a movement). Then you keep this position for a few seconds, it kills the cramp right away.

Calf ones are terrible. But I seem to get them really bad in my feet. They can last for like 15 minutes in my foot, and then after that, they can be triggered again when I move it in a certain way.
My nana puts corks in her socks to help stop them. I have no idea if it helps, but I'm THIS close to trying it out
Sometimes when I sneeze I get a really horrible stomach cramp for like 20 seconds and it hurts like hell, can barely stand anymore. But leg cramps are probably even a bit more painful actually, glad I haven't had one a while

It means the movement you've been doing... Well, you just press REWIND and do the opposite! Of course, you can't go all the way because you're not a puppet but you just stop the movement as fast as you can and "undo" the cramp.

And if you're unlucky you tear a muscle this is the stupidest thing you can do according to doctors/physicians.. you just have to wait for it to go away
