American Idol alum Michael Johns dies at 35

A blood clot in his ANKLE?
Dear lord. Something tells me that could've been prevented. It's like the equivalent of Bob Marley dying from cancer on his TOE.
R.I.P. - That's just such a random and horrible way to die
and kinda scary too when you think about it.

Probably from an embolism. The clot in the ankle dettaches and moves to the heart where it blocks the bloodflow of a major vessel.
May he RIP, he was far too young.

This kind of stuff terrifies me. Is there a way to detect it before it becomes fatal?
