Never got to go to Vienna but Budapest was hands down one of the most gorgeous cities I've ever been to. Prague was great too but Budapest was literally breathtaking.
have been only to Budapest and Prague... I say Budapest.... in Prague they stole my money, damn girl in an EXchange office again stole our money, like 20 euros, cashiers at local shops charged us more, ugh I just didn't like the feeling there... like everyone tries to steal from you... and the ciry is not very clean :?
), but out of those 3 cities, I would go back in a heartbeat.
