I'll ask again - Penny or Charlene?

I mean, her albums are the pits… her performances are bleh… her voice is instantly recognizable and distinct, but not great… she can't write for crap… but there's just something about her. She has the x factor like so few pop stars do. It's impossible not to love at least one Rihanna song.

It can definitely be said that The Rihmacculate Collection will be one of the greatest pop releases of our generation.


On an all time greatest artists list, she's not top 100. On a list of the greatest pop stars, I can understand a top 10 placement. Her it factor is just that strong.

I've always loved Janet and Kylie about equally, but perhaps I'd place Janet a bit higher on a list like this.

Unapologetic is I like Stay and Numb (without Eminem) but that's about it.

Her best album is Talk That Talk.

Rated R was great (it's still my 11th most played album), but hasn't aged well for me. Unapologetic is one of the worst things I've ever heard.
