The Lebanese Al-Jadeed Newspaper published an article quoting Iraqi media that states that ISIS is planning to rewrite the Quran and omit verses that it believes have been wrongfully inserted by the enemies of Islam.
This terrorist organization is claiming that Christians have added verses to the Quran, as well as other Islamic sects – obviously referring to the Shia. One of the verses that they claim has been inserted by the Shia is the Verse of Purity which states: “Verily Allah desires to remove from you all forms of impurity, O’ Ahl al-Bayt and purify you with a thorough purification.” (Quran, 33:33)
I know that Shia have a lot of verses in their version of Qur'an that weren't in the original version of Qur'an, but this kind of this is just I don't support Shia beliefs at all, but they're not gonna convert from Shia to Sunna by removing verses from their version

Who are ISIS ? can someone explain ? I've been seeing their name quite alot for the past couple of months
ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), also known as the Islamic State (IS), is a jihadist organization headquartered in Syria which claims the land of both Iraq and Syria and seeks to impose a very strict sharia law on both countries. Its goal is to control all of the land of both countries (which are Sunni Muslim-majority). They have repeatedly been seen committing public executions of those who will not comply with their ruling. They have recently captured large swaths of territory in Iraq and Syria, and plan to continue expanding.
Iran? US, Europe, arab states don't want to intervene...
