Nah, I'm not going by what she said because she only said "Wait until they hear #CHASINGTIME" instead of "Wait until they hear my next single #CHASINGTIME"
She could be releasing it with the album, or it could be coming next, for the time being I'm assuming all songs that aren't HM&R are coming with the album unless otherwise stated with release dates or tweets saying they're next.
