It's always been several days, I think around 4-5 days. Also worth noting: it was warned almost a day ago too, so really it was just a day old when it was warned.
It doesn't matter now anyway. BadKidBrodie was a dupe and is permabanned now.

thats how it works. the number of points for the warning is the number of months you get.
