Nicki was at a very different position back when Stupid Hoe was released. Back then, she was preparing for her second album. People wanted a harder Nicki. People were upset she was dragging Kim when the height of their beef was over. Here, in 2014, Nicki has had all of her music received rather well, has received tons of praise for her makeover, and is being recognized for her talent. One song won't kill her.
I CAN see how this song can hurt her. However, I don't think it will.
