M post was not about blaming and shaming "the victim" and making excuses for "the rapist" - my post was highlighting the very fact that it is possible that no rape actually took place, since the evidence is not conclusive, therefore meaning that as yet there is no "victim" and there is no "rapist" - which is why your comment is not even possibly plausible before it is proved either way.
