The Republican-led House approved a resolution on Wednesday authorizing Speaker John Boehner to sue President Barack Obama.
The vote was 225-201.
Republicans argue the President's executive actions to change Obamacare and make other policy decisions on his own were unconstitutional because it's the job of Congress to make or change laws.
The desperation of the GOP is so sad at this point. They know it's a pointless lawsuit but just want to make Obama look like he's worthy of being sued for his performance. Catering to stupid America
Sad more than anything. Their failures just become more and more prominent. They really need someone to help reorganize their party because the people in charge are collapsing.
