Pia Mia knows it pays to keep up with the Kardashians ... the 17-year-old singer/friend of Kendall and Kylie Jenner just signed a recording contract that will make her rich -- not Kardashian rich ... but close enough.
Pia signed a multi-album deal with Interscope which pays 1.3 mil for her first album ... and up to $9 million more if Interscope green lights her next three albums.
And according to the contract -- obtained by TMZ -- she stands to make even more in bonuses ... if the albums are hits.
I like her more than Rita Ora, but just because they have a similar look doesn't mean she's a carbon copy, besides we all know Rita was intended as Rihanna clone, but Pia isn't tbh
