Yesterday I was at the gym running and suddenly the left earbud stopped working, just like that. So after the work out I went to the store and got new ones and when I got home I saw my sister's old ones on her desk and they were actually perfectly fine. So pissed.
On the upside the new ones are AMAZING. Anyway, my headphones break after like 6 months. I don't know why. It's not like I step on them. I mean I use them like 24/7 but they should be made to last more.
I have a trusty backup pair of earbuds that has been going strong for a good year now. I hate when my main pair breaks though. They rarely last longer than six months.
I am an 18 year old girl that got laid off months ago and hasn't even started school yet so I can't even use financial aid

Same thing happened but with my right earbud.. and they lasted three years
My earphones break all the time, sometimes only after a month of using them, so I just buy the cheap $15 ones. The sound quality is crap but you get used to it. I've went through a few expensive pairs which have broken within months..
