Albania and especially Kosovo where her parents are from is pretty much free of other races
That region is really not appealing to foreigners and Albanians who live there don't mix with other nations in 99% of the cases
Since Rita was born in Kosovo I doubt her mother has even seen a black person back then in real life so there is 0 chance of her being mixed
