Such a sore loser. Just because Selena's career is about to explode and her week abroad was more popular than 10 years of Joan's life doesn't give her the right to bash her.

What are talking about? Joan's career is booming. She's a legendary comedian with two hit TV shows, best-selling books, and an online YouTube interview show; all at the age of 81. Nothing Selena has done recently has been more popular than Joan Rivers. Joan has done much more for comedy than Selena will ever do for music or acting. It's just the truth. Therefore, Joan is in no way threatened or acting like a "sore loser" in regards to Selena. Joan views Selena as just another girl that can occasionally be featured in her act.

She's not "pressed". She has no vendetta against anybody she speaks about on Fashion Police and nothing she says comes from a personal place. She's a comedian in the same vein as Kathy Griffin. It's their job to make people laugh by telling jokes about people that are well known. In other words, yes, they make fun of celebrities and they're damn good at it. Selena didn't look good in the outfit and Joan took the opportunity and ran with it. If Selena obviously isn't bothered by it, then why are her fans always so up-in-arms every time Joan addresses her? They should be somewhat flattered that Selena has now reached a level of fame which leads her to being discussed, even if it is by a renowned comedian who is going to tell jokes about her.
