She thought so at first, also thought that it was a phase (in which I told her none of my other siblings went through this phase) and finally came around to understanding it when someone at her church told her. You know, instead of listening to me.

She even went as far as to ask if I've been touched or if I'm doing it for attention. She understands now it isn't a choice. Just wish she would accept it.

People face social isolation and death, both at the hands of others and at their own, all because they're gay and can't change it.
