Not really. She's promoting C2C and probably wont truly have a music break or any kind of break until the tour is over And I really hope she's not considering squeezing in another full album after C2C to satisfy fans who were disappointed by ARTPOP, she's going to kill herself.
She said "WHEN I take a music break". That could be years from now, she never said she was taking a break soon. Everybody stop overreacting.
Well this is her last album on the contract. I could see her actually taking a music break after this album. She did say on the Howard Stern show ARTPOP interview that she wanted to take time to rehearse and rest after this tour was over. Things could have changed but it's not exactly farfetched either.
