I love running long distance.
I don't do much else exercise wise.

I do Cross Country (I'm not very good though).
My 5k time is just under 21 minutes

I don't know what my mile time is.. but I usually run on a treadmill for exercise. If I tried it'd probably be like 7:45 or so.

I run track and in an actual race I run a 4:45 mile....... which is actually bad
I try to run around 7 normally tho

4:45 mile isn't bad. That's like a minute off the world record.

On and off, I used to be really into it and enter marathons and that but I began losing interest and stopped completely. I'll start up again shortly though.
