Physical flexibility plays a huge role on what moves you can do, so that means that J-lo is and Janet are pretty much limited outside their style of dance. If Ciara did modern, she would slay harder than J-lo. Janet has good poise, so she would be hard to match.
J-lo is honestly was a great dancer especially in her younger days, but I think her movement is very basic and there really isn't much technique to it. She falls in the same category as Ciara. J-lo is more Latin and Ciara is more African with hers.
