So, what horrible dreams have you had? A lot of you are probably gonna say sleep paralysis (thank god I haven't had that), but what about other, not-so-scary ones?

One of the worst recurring dreams I've had was dreaming of my ex literally EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for like 2 months and it was ALWAYS a dream of us reconciling and when I wake up I swear I get so ****ing pissed and upset and depressed about it.

Another is where I dream I'm like going home or something, and suddenly the route home turns unfamiliar and I can't get out of the unfamiliar place and I end up running in circles, getting lost etc and it was so agonising. Once that turned into me being stuck in a lake with a tiger, and the tiger started swimming towards me, and I tried to swim away, and right when it opened it's mouth to bite me, I woke up.

That i or someone from my family/friends was killed in front of my eyes.

Also these dreams in which i feel like something's controlling me and some unknown power makes me weak and leads me to some dangerous/scary moments. I think also feeling pain.

Myself getting shot, stabbed, chased and stalked by the same guy (who I don't know) once a year in a nightmare.

I actually do experience sleep paralysis sometimes, but I had a dream last night that my bf told me he had sex with somebody & I woke up pissed. I was going to confront him about it, but had to remind myself it was just a dream.

I wish i could remember most of my dreams to be honest.

Riding an airplane and it suddenly broke apart. In first person view, I saw myself falling from the sky. When I hit the ground I woke up...

That dream just added anxiety on my fear of flying...

I always have the same dream that a group of murderers/one muderer is after me and basically the whole dream is me running and hiding until I get shot/stabbed/strangled to death, then I wake up.
