I just read he's a fraud and his skin is a blotchy mess and he sells fake skin bleaching cream and hides his skin with make up.

Of course, this it have me a bad feeling, but I had already paid. But, it did make me wonder who the heck is Travis Williams? My order was placed on 2/4/14 at 1:40am and I still have yet to receive a tracking number from Bella Tiare or an e-mail regarding my order. Also, I attempted to send an e-mail to them at the [email protected] address on the payment receipt that was auto-sent and the e-mail from their website ([email protected]) and heard NADA. The e-mails were sent on 2/13/14 and 2/14/14. Anyway, Paypay stated that this particular merchant has several open disputes against them for the same reason as I...of not receiving a tracking number or a product after payment and suficient time was given. The person that I spoke to also stated that many earlier customers have been given their money back since PayPal protects all their customers in situations as this which is good. PayPal also mentioned that they have also attempted to make contact with the registered merchant (Travis Williams) for Bella Tiare and have unfortunately been ignored as well. The only positive from this experience is...since, I paid by Paypal I'll be getting a full refund of $106 (1st order: cream and lotion + tax and shipping) and $38 (2nd order: soap + tax and shipping). Lastly, I'd like to mention that as of today (2/17/14) their website...www.bellatiare.bigcartel.com...is now misteriously down (Yea, I find that to be interesting and unbelievable too.). At any rate, STAY away from anything attached to the Bella Tiare Skin Care and also anything that Stahr Millan promotes on YouTube for ANY product. He should be a sham! Hell, it might even be his *** acting like a "company" to scam people out of their hard earned money, because he has been silent and not posted on YouTube since like 1/5/14...and also he hasn't commented on anything under the two Bella Tiare vids he did to state any issues. So, STAY AWAY and ALWAYS use PayPal when it's an option! Best...Island!
