It isn't because it's still considered a "possible future".
But there is a perfectly plausible explanation as to why Batman wins in the comics then, and if he happens to "win" in the movie, I'm sure they will find a way to justify it as well. Honestly, I don't think either will win as I'm expecting Wonder Woman to come between them both and stop the fight.
I'm gonna die watching this movie.
