Immortality isn't really sustainable for a large amount of people. Even if a method is obtainable, I think it would be stopped from being released.

Life extension to like age 200/250 would be good, but again, if all 7 billion people started living to 150+, I can't even imagine the strain on resources.

When it is perfected, I see it becoming a privilege for super-rich people who can afford it.

I don't think I would want to be immortal, because one day the universe is going to explode and then you would just be floating in darkness and nothingness for all of eternity.

I think they mean if it was possible scientifically, not supernaturally. As in you could be killed/kill your self but you won't die naturally.
