So if one person rapes ten people, the ten people should be taught not to provoke an attack? Wouldn't it be easier to focus on the actual rapist?
People should learn to keep their hands to themselves, and understand if you lay your hands on someone, they have every right to defend themselves (regardless of gender/sex).
