Wow this is.... not anything close to my 10 favorite songs in this rate

Its split down the middle for me. Some really great songs that I gave 10s but other not so amazing songs that made it further than better stuff.

Most of all though I'm SAD that How To Dress Well didn't even make the top ten He was without a doubt my favourite artist in the entire thing. He was done wrong!

Why is there no How To Dress Well in the top ten? That ain't right.

Fortunately I've still got quite a number of my highly-ranked tracks left. I would be okay with almost any of these songs winning.

I have four 10s in the top 10 and the lowest I gave was a 6.5. Even though I'm content with that score I still don't think it should be here. I slightly overrated Banks for sure though. She's on par with James Blake.

Since there's a lot of talk about this, let's chat. What would you guys like to see... 16 new artists? Both new and returnees with new songs? Should there be a min. or max. of how many songs per artist?

That's pretty much exactly my sentiments haha.

In my opinion, every artist that was in the current rate except for the winner should be eligible to the next rate as well. Obviously, not all of them, but the choice is yours and it depends on how much music they release from now until you start part 2. I think all artists should have more than 3 songs and less than 6 songs, pretty much the same way you did it here.

And I strongly suggest Skin Town, Kwabs and The GTW for new artists.

I was thinking, that since Banks, Twigs, Kimbra, Jhene and Jessie Ware are all releasing this year, maybe someone could do a new girls of R&B rate too?

I feel like it might be hard to find 16 new artists that would have enough pull. The most popular ones have pretty much already been used here.

Maybe do a mixture. (Keep certain girls like Jhene out )

OR do a spin-off where we actually do full albums from some of the artists here?

Like Pt. I could be the 2013 edition - (Rhye/Quadron/Kelela/Blood Orange/James Blake/Autre all released albums then).

Pt. II could be the ones in this rate who will/have release a full album in 2014 (HTDW/sZa/Tinashe/BANKS/some newbies)

You should definitely reuse the girls that are releasing this year like Eeveelution said and then add a few new artists, e.g. inc., Jessie or The Weeknd maybe. 16 artists (or less) with 3 to 5 songs each sounds good to me.
