there seems to be a much more excepting vibe towards gay male artists in general by the grand public which seems amazing! I mean Sam Smith, Frank Ocean, Ferras and now Troye Sivan are slaying the charts! does this encourage you a gay or lesbian boy/girl?
personally im excited ! this is a great step forward for us ppl from the gay, lesbian, bi, transsexual community. hopefully this starts a new ave of even more gay artists.
at the end of the day it should only matter ifthe music is good! nothing else. so im glad....my era gon come next

Yes hopefully the public keeps embracing us! This reminds me of the 80's and how Michael, Janet, and Whitney helped bring black videos onto MTV. I feel like Sam Smith is the real deal and he's gonna make it easier for gay singers to be successful.

I'd love to see a gay rapper break through. Not like the stereotypical gay, but someone who is somewhat masculine and can actually rap and be as big as Drake and Kendrick.
