September 23rd for the UK so I'm assuming earlier for the US.
The lead single will be coming in August or maybe September right before the album. I doubt it's going to be anything like a regular single campaign since this whole thing is being targeted towards the older audience.

I wonder how much time she will spend promoting C2C? I can't believe the space performance is just half a year away already. Back when it was first announced, we all assumed she'd be doing her next lead single... but she's obviously not doing a jazz song in space  Maybe she'll just do BTW or Just Dance or something. |
The promotion for C2C will only last a few months, like say August to December. They have a couple of TV interviews, a TV special, a couple of magazine covers, a single, and the single's video to promote it all before they move on.
