I skimmed through the words that begin with "An" and looked at the ones that end an "A" and I seriously have no clue what the surprise is. None of them sound right... like: "Hey, Barbz! The surprise is (ANOREXIA)!" or "SURPRISE! ANOREXIA!"

Hopefully, the hint tomorrow will be more clear.
