Colorado's Gay Marriage Ban Tossed! - Stayed Pending Appeal
Colorado is the next state to throw out their gay marriage ban.
In 1975 a clerk issued licenses to a gay couple and while they were invalidated, it seems that 40 years later, gay marriage could become a reality in the state
Now a federal judge has struck it down, but issued a temporary stay.
Colorado and Florida have backed up cases and each time a judge rules it could open a window to weddings.
We're still waiting on the Colorado Supreme Court to rule on the matter. The Attorney General has said he'll stop fighting if the state court rules in the couples' favor.
Love is love. Pressed Christians who oppose their precious "religious" ceremony stole it from a pagan ceremony. They need to stop acting like they invented everything and let everyone celebrate their love. Give em hell Colorado and keep the country moving forward. #ItsOkayToBeGay
