They mean seven years since a studio album. A stand alone song for an independent movie isn't the same as the experience from a promoted full length album. And you're probably going to bring up the fact that "Best Of" was released in 2008; most fans try to pretend that era didn't exist since Hollywood Records forced her to put out another compilation album only 3 years after her first one.

This feels like a dream. I can't believe we're getting new music from the Queen after 7 years.

I originally said South America, and then Latin America, but Spain is part of Europe. You know what I mean.

Hilary wasn't involved in Best Of, so we don't count it. Reach Out and Holiday were recorded for a Dignity re-release, which was cancelled.

They used the Japanese Dignity shoot for Best Of and used the original Dignity shoot for the Japanese version of Best Of.

We still use the songs, just not the messy release.
