Good system IMO! Separate the big from the small. I don't like their being a Youth wage though.

Connecticut is $8.70 but will be raised to $10.10 in 2017.
I'm making $10 at my job now, but I just got hired somewhere else at $12/hr so minimum wage going up won't affect me
