well idk if i would personally call her a legend but amongst all the artists in the niche she's arguably the most successful and the most memorable artist that did it.

Can anyone else really impact like that from a debut and follow up era today? Or in retrospect, have many been able to accomplish that feat in other genres?

Unfortunately, S&S was a bigger hit than most girls' discographies and probably be remembered for a long time. Womanizer, Circus and TTWE are remembered, though they are not as iconic/legendary as BOMT, OIDIA, IAS4U or Toxic. HIAM will be more remembered for starting the dubstep trend and BO was just a landmark. Her celebrity that year was the greatest I've ever seen in my life time.

On top of that, she revolutionized the Lolita model and her impact hit sooo many artists. That is why she is bigger than Justin Bieber, etc. Comparing her to them is insulting and though you dislike her and are biased, I know even you know damn well better than that.

Yes. She has done nothing notable since then maybe apart from Toxic.
