Never! They will peacefully go on hiatus after 2 or 3 albums to "pursue other opportunities" (solo careers) and will do reunion albums or tours from time to time

The disbandment of mega-bands that have come before them, like The Spice Girls and The Backstreet Boys, should show them that the money is in staying together.
And it's not like there's a Justin Timberlake or a Beyonce in the group who's a break-out star who could become a soloist. Or is there? I've never actually listened to any of their songs so I probably shouldn't judge. But I don't think there is.

Harry and Zayn could easily have solo careers. I don't think Zayn will aggressively pursue one though.
