There was a time when nobody liked him, but they've moved on it seems. Now I am sure people find him annoying and ridiculous, but I'd say he has a good amount of fans that do care for his music!

They worked together and not only one time, so I guess she has reasons for saying this. Between 2010 (All of the Lights) and 2014 there's 4 years, who knows.
I don't think she's doing it for sales I think she just in general has a personality like that. This isn't new behavior from her. So weird though she's done music stuff with Kanye before.
