It's not just a random fan tweeting. Jacob Scesney tweeted it who is part of Casey Abrams band and performs with Haley often. And he wouldn't randomly say this out of the blue.

Yes, she got dropped by Interscope. She has been working on new music (and a music video) independently and since she has worked with many people in the industry she was noticed by Warner label director. Earlier, a family member of Haley's also mentioned Warner Brothers as a potential label so now it might be more official.
