Yes, she's been one since B'day era. She's already proved herself so many times. And plus, if people can claim Lady Gaga to be a legend only after two years... Beyoncé can be one don't you think?

ICON = DC days tbh.
Legend = IASF..now (it's an ever going process, the more she pushes the higher she'll be in legendhood)

As long as you include Britney and Xtina as legends as well, then Beyoncé is a legend (or well on her way).

Xtina is a vocal legend. she doesn't even need sth else.
same go with Beyoncé, just like Tina Turner (who is lengedary for her stage presence and her relationship with Ike Turner) she'll be remember for being the best performer of her generation and for her more than famous couple.
Britney is an ICON for her generation. absolutely no chance in 30 years our children talk bout her. her meltdown is sth probably another popstar will repeat in history. she has no evident talent. no signature. maybe music professionals will remember her for being the first huge teen star. but even that is not true Michael started earlier than her so did Stevie Wonder. Even Whitney started recording at 14.
