We're told the "Suite Life of Zack and Cody" actress threw a big party at her North Hollywood home ... and she didn't lock up some Chanel earrings, a ring and a bracelet.
She didn't notice someone made off with the jewelry until a few days after the party, and that's when she called the cops.
