When was it confirmed that Wayne & Nicki were going on tour together?

Last night, I had a dream that we were all at the first stop of Nicki's tour. It was the first date, so all the media and journalists were there. The opening song was LAN and she came on the stage from a mini ascending stage. She had her hair in the bun she wore in the LAN video and the makeup from the LAN video and she was wearing a black bodysuit with a gold stained glass-like pattern on it. While performing, all the screens were black, it was just the spotlight on her, which was the only light in the arena, along with smartphones filming her performance in the audience.

I'VE NEVER BEEN SEEN SO MUCH SLAYAGE IN ONE PERFORMANCE, IT WAS A LITERAL MASTERPIECE.
