Yes, it was definitely better than the first one but that isn't really saying much.
The Purge Anarchy is NOT a horror movie... It's more like an action w light blood & cheap effects.
A lot of the storyline felt completely forced and the back stories on the characters could have been thought out by a 10 year old.
Before seeing it, I was told to wait for it to be released on DVD to watch it & I think anyone who hasn't seen it should too. It's not a bad film, it's just simply not that good.
