She is constantly in media, had Superbowl performance and even with brilliant marketing strategy with BEYONCE's surprise release she only ended up around 3.3m (2m in US) with four singles released. And very soon after her hype ended, she fell from the charts completely (in week (like 15th?)where Katy for example has been selling around 30k-40k)

"4" reached #1 in only 4 countries WW and "BEYONCE" reached #1 in only 5 countries WW.

Currently, "BEYONCE" is nowhere to be found on charts only 6 months after it's release, and singles are failing to interest people in buying it.


So is she an actual album seller, or is it just a title because she pushes no singles sales?

I agree. It is an achievement. But then why isn't Katy for example called an album seller, because she pushes just as many albums?

Because Katy has a plethora of #1 hits to sell her albums. Being an album seller means you sell off name and quality, not singles.
