But that isn't building a better you.. Your happiness is building a better you. Your health is a better you.. Being physically fit doesn't necessarily mean that you are healthy, same as being non fit doesn't mean you are unhealthy.
You should be happy with your body, no ad should be telling you that you aren't in good shape or exploit such a sensitive topic
