Licenses were expected to be handed out only in the keys where the lawsuit was filed, but the case has been appealed and no luck yet.
There are two other cases that are awaiting judgment and they could open the door to licenses statewide.

It took several rulings, but now the whole thing is out, but stayed automatically because of Florida law

Amazing, but it's only Monroe County. Around the Florida Keys. Hasn't been statewide yet. But still, awesome for Florida. Glad we are doing more progressive things.

Another judge (or two) could take care of that, all cases have been heard it was only a matter of time before opinions come out.

I am, even though its not my district it’s much better than hearing of the typical murder, robbery, and pedestrian deaths that are always on the news.
