I think you have to subscribe to them and order a back issue. Not sure if you can buy them separately when they're not the current issue.

Every fan ever is absolutely thrilled (especially with the tour news, because really, she had better tour this thing), and the media can't really create any new rumors about the era beyond guessing the month when it's coming out if she doesn't provide it, and what the album sounds like, both of which are harmless. Seems like it be the simplest thing ever for her to do, and would save so much trouble...
