They're really going to be mad when she gets the Vanguard Award
And MTV constantly not getting what Video of the Year / Best Female Video means.
Drunk in Love is nominated for Video of the Year but not Best Female Video and instead it's Partition. I'm sure there are other examples this is just one I've noticed. Very reminiscent of Single Ladies losing best Female but winning Video of the Year.

Well that's exactly what she did and it was a huge success. Why should that be seen as a bad thing? I'm sure if Gaga did the same, she would be on this list and y'all wouldn't be saying ****.
