Newlywed Cheryl Fernandez-Versini hasn’t signed a prenuptial agreement.
According to The Mirror, the 31-year-old is so loved up with new man Jean- Bernard, who is believed to be from a wealthy French family, that she decided not to sign the agreement which would protect her £16million fortune.
A source close told the paper: ‘She is a canny businesswoman but in matters of love, she believes the heart should rule the head to a certain extent.’
Cheryl previously refused to sign a pre-nup when she married footballer Ashley Cole in 2006, saying at the time she found the concept ‘disgusting’.
She said: ‘I think that’s defeating the point. We’re getting married because we’re committing ourselves to each other to spend the rest of our lives together. No ifs and buts.
‘I think they (pre-nups) are disgusting. I could understand if you’re 93 and you’ve got billions of pounds and this 24-year-old wants to marry you in a month.
‘But we’re a work in progress, we’re going to build our married life together not thinking about if it ever ends.’
Well aren't prenups not usually enforced in the uk anyway. That's all I remember hearing during Madonna's divorce and Sir Paul's

I agree completely with her... I mean if you are gonna marry you are invested for ¨life¨... if you sign a prenup is basically saying your marriage will be a faliure form the gecko... pre nups are a MESS .. but oh well I guess #richpeopleissues
