Why don't you try to laser it of "permanently". Sure it's expensive ,but it's up to you to decide of the time that you'll be wasting for the rest of your life (?) is worth the money.

Waxing Just shave! Get a razor and shaving lotion, just do it when you're in the shower. It's what I do and it only takes a few minutes max. I can't imagine waxing all the time

I do too. But my hair problems are pretty extreme.

Don't ever wax your face. You will regret it. Tweezing isn't really a good idea either. If I were you i'd only pick out the really dark hairs. Please don't wax your face.

Honestly I think this is part of why I find blonde guys so hot.

Though from the neck up, the best is still black hair + blue eyes.
