That comment was bashing Rihanna, it was just being truthful. Ciara HAS the award, you can say who ever you want deserved but she has it, that's why it's pointless to sit here and do all these calculations that will go no where. SUCCESS, isn't even the factor here, that's why I posted what I posted, Billboard runs the charts, so obviously they could have chose Rihanna if they were going down the chart peaks road...she's def the person for that.
I congratulate her on having the award, but having a heavy flow just because people don't agree is what is pointless, as you're the one complaining.

Her label obviously bought this and it sounds like one of those weekly events where they honor some random person and they sing together and have dinner and get trophies and stuff.
