I kinda hate that since on most job applications, they don't have Latino. So I don't know what to choose

This meme is getting kind of old. I almost never hear white people making comments like this. If anything, because of our history, white people are usually the most PC and afraid of offending. The most racist or ignorant comments are typically made by nonwhites against other minority groups.

Plenty of them "pass white" as they are white. Have you seen the average Argentine person? And they definitely have some sort of white privilege. It's no coincidence that most of the more educated and privileged Latin Americans are white while the black and indigenous ones tend to be the poorest.
