Hole In The Head by the Sugababes was a really great pop song that SHOULD have easily translated into a US hit. Kind of a shame, they could have released Freak Like Me directly after and been a solid pop act in the US.

UK artists are all to infamous for half-hearted attempts at breaking the US market, whether they got the songs to back them or not

See the thing is Robyn went back to Sweden to record her 2nd album in 1999 after her big popurarity in the US at that time, she was planning to release it in America but her US label did not like the R&B sound, they wanted her to be like Christina Aguilera & she did not want that & her 2nd album was never release & that's when she left the US for a while. Then she made her own label, with her own unique sound.

Yeah, I read a little about that. I like the new Robyn a lot more
