Shakira was interviewed by a brazilian news channel - Globo - and confirmed that she is only touring Brazil in 2016, after the spanish album is released. I am sure if she's only going to Brazil in 2016, that means the tour will only start by the second half of 2015...
It's the right decision. She doesn't have a hit and she can't tour to Latin America without a spanish album, the tour right now would be a massive flop.
If it's late 2015, then she'll have plenty of time to have a baby.
Well, if she was all in trouble with touring because Milan is yet too young, imagine if she had a baby now!

What? I am sure this World Cup publicity would allow her to tour the world. Besides CRTFY was kind of a hit.
Don't surprise me at all. She is smart and knows the world is not interested in her English songs. So to release a Spanish album is a good move. At least she can tour Spanish speaking countries with that album.

Well, that's not a lot of information. She could still tour Europe/NA in 2014/ 2015, than release a Spanish Album and do the SA Leg of the Tour later on. A Break between the Legs would make it easier for her to take care of her Family inbetween. Shakira is a solid live act. I expect her Tour to become a Success. People don't buy Tickets for a Show because of a Hit Single. If that was the case, most Veteran Artist couldn't tour at all.
