This is a terrible method to lose weight, please nobody limit your calorie intake like this
The average calorie intake is around 2000 Your literally starving your body of nutrients aswell as energy
All your need to do is
-Drink water only
-Try fit it atleast 30mins of exersize a day
-Eat plenty of veges
-Eat fruit, but primarily in the morning
-Limit alcohol consumption
-Eat healthy fats but in moderation (ie avocado, nuts, seeds)
-Cook with olive oil
And im guessing most people should know what foods to avoid so
